Sentry Snow Goose Decoys: Designed for the Migration Grind
In 1999, the Conservation Order revolutionized snow goose hunting. With electronic callers, unplugged guns, and no bag limits, the game changed overnight. Spreads of 1,000 decoys became standard, and rigs now often stretch far beyond. Within these mega setups, Sentry Snow Goose Decoys play an essential role. In our 1,800-decoy spreads, 25–30% include sentry heads with a mix of 75% snows—15% of which are juveniles—and 25% sentry blues to match the Mid-Continent snow goose flock.
Built Tough for Real Hunts
We print each body on rot-proof, waterproof Tyvek® using a premium high-resolution process. Although snow geese appear simple, we extract maximum amount of feather detail. Each decoy body measures 12″ W × 19″ L and includes three drain holes to shed water quickly after soggy hunts.
Every decoy features our patented No-Break BackBone™ Support. Molded from impact-resistant plastic and made in the USA, it holds firm in all conditions—from calm mornings to stiff wind. We’ve hunted thousands of days over this design. Because it performs flawlessly, we haven’t changed it in more than two decades.
Smart Head Design and Efficient Storage
Choose between three stake options: ¼” fiberglass (30″ or 36″) or 3/16″ stainless steel (24″). Tall stakes are ideal around blinds or in shallow water. Our 3D hard plastic heads act as setup handles and anchor firmly to the stakes using molded adaptors. Fiberglass stakes insert into pushnuts; stainless stakes thread into metal inserts. For permanent hold, apply glue or thread locker during assembly.
Properly layered, fifty fully assembled Sentry Snow Goose Decoys fit into our windsock decoy bag (sold separately). Sized like a large duffle, it keeps gear organized and easy to haul as you follow birds north.
