Since the early 2000s, we’ve led the windsock game. Today, our heads still set the bar.
Each Sentry head features a threaded insert that locks onto our threaded Deadly® Decoy stakes. Twist, set, and hunt—no fumbling. For extra hold, add thread locker (removable) or glue (permanent). Goose heads work with fiberglass or stainless-steel stakes, while duck heads are stainless only.
To match the birds you hunt, we paint every head with field-proven colors—no shine, no shortcuts. Canada goose heads are flocked for a soft, feathered look that cuts glare and holds up in tough conditions.
Retrofit Old Decoys
Although designed for windsocks, some hunters retrofit our heads onto floaters or full-bodies. With a little adhesive and creativity, you can breathe new life into old gear and boost realism across your spread.
For best results, run 20–30% upright heads. That mix of alert and relaxed postures adds movement, contrast, and realism—drawing birds in and keeping them committed.
